So, I have been "down" with a sinus headache and my dog Lexie has decided to run the woods for a while!  one day, I would like her to figure out that there is "no place like home" BEFORE she gets wet and muddy!

My daughter takes a large "mommy's coffee" to the Career Center everyday with her, and drinks it when she gets there.  I guess I am becomimg somewhat of a celebrity with the coffee she is bringing in.  One guy actually took it from her and was drinking it.  They are trying to get permission for me to bring it in for all of them to buy so they can enjoy good coffee too!  Nice compliment!  There are many combinations I can make...Wonder if I may have found a "niche" after all!  I do believe our town needs a Starbucks or a coffee shop similar on CR 17..it has everything else on that strip..why not right??

Ok. spent some time with my Son Wes, and his wife Sammi for homemade pizza!  and later, s'mores on the fire!  We all had a good visit.
Now, I am up on the Labor Day morning, and I am in FULL coffee mode.  Think I will go with some Seattle's Best brewed at a medium strength.  I will add my Hills Bros. Cappuccino mix in English Toffee, top it off with just a little of the White Chocolate Caramel.  Today is definitely an Espresso kind of morning!  I Will totally have to add a couple of shots.  And steaming some milk to cream it up.  How do you like your coffee???  Let me know..I love playing with flavors and trying new blends.

Thanks!

Sooo, for ANYONE that knows even a little about me, knows I DON'T go without my coffee!  Well, today...I DID IT!  I went all day without ONE single solitary sip!  Now, I have had a couple of pepsi's, and 3 wine coolers...and now, have one heck of a headache...I still did it!!  I can promise tomorrow will find me with a cup in my hand..probably pretty darned early too!

We spent some time with some friends today...it was supposed to have been a "pool party" but, the remnants of Hurricane Isaac kind of rained on our parade...but, we all went inside and sang some Karioke and had a really good time...good food, good friends...= good TIMES!

see you tomorrow.....after my first cup!
